Here are our terms and conditions for your party booking in the Lion House – there are not too many!
1. Strictly no under 18s. ID will be required to be presented at the door for anyone lucky enough to look under the age of 25. Any minors will be refused entry, and no refunds will be given.
2. Lion House Summer Party tickets are non-refundable and we are unable to transfer any ticket to an alternative Lion House event in the unfortunate circumstances that you are unable to attend; without exception including the unfortunate circumstance of any illness.
3. Please email events@lioninnhotel.co.uk with any known dietary requirements within your party, including veganism, by no later than one week prior to the event date.
4. On the day; should members of your party fail to show on the evening no refunds or credits will be made.
5. Re-entry to the venue is not permitted without a valid wristband.
6. Ticket price includes a selection of BBQ style food served between 7.00pm to 9.00pm. We cannot hold food back or keep anything warm for any late arrivals. All drinks are chargeable at the point of sale. Under no circumstances can tabs/accounts be run throughout the duration of the evening. We also cannot transfer drinks charges to hotel rooms.
7. Unruly and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
8. No reserved seating is permitted. Any belongings left on seating with this intention will be removed. Seating is distributed around the venue in the bar, main room and the private garden of The Lion House. Early entry for the whole party is advised if you wish to be seated together within the main hall.
9. Arrival at the venue is permitted at any stage during the course of the evening, however if food service has ended please note that food will not be available.
10. The dress code is smart / casual and no sportswear/caps are permitted
11. The bar will be open until 11.30pm for you to purchase drinks, no drinks are included within the ticket cost. It is not possible to arrange accounts/tabs on the evening
