Description
The restaurant is in Edinburgh, the capital city of Scotland, is renowned for its captivating architecture, rich history, and dynamic cultural landscape.
Byron Royal Mile combines stylish and modern with industrial elements, creating a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the cultural scene of Edinburgh, providing a contemporary dining experience for all. Edinburgh features their very own local exclusive burger, the Auld Smokey - a beef patty, topped with maple bacon, haggis, smoked cheddar cheese, smokey chilli BBQ sauce, pickles, lettuce, and crispy onions.
Established in 2007, Byron is a burger chain that remains dedicated to transforming the burger scene and is committed to using quality ingredients. To create their signature Byron beef patties, Byron works with Alden’s, a family run butcher based in the Southwest of England, using selected cuts of Brisket, Chuck, and Rip Cap, which are dry aged to perfection. Paired with wings, tenders, tots, mac ‘n’ cheese, and shakes, Byron serves up a dining adventure inspired by the founder's unforgettable trip to the USA.
