The brewery and taproom is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh near Meadowbank Stadium and 10 mins walk from Holyrood Palace. An independent craft brewery dedicated to brewing great tasting beers, Bellfield was recognised as the Scottish Brewery of the year 2023 and was awarded Gold for Cask and Keg beers at the 2023 SIBA Scotland Awards. There are 15 fonts in the taproom pouring Bellfield and guest beers along with wine, spirits and a good selection of whisky (curated by Royal Mile Whiskies). The Taproom was recognised as the best in Scotland at the Scottish Beer Awards in 2022.

Choose between seats inside with a log burner for colder days or out in the sunny (covered in winter) beer garden complete with heated booths, barrels and beer hall-style tables.

Food is provided by an ever-changing selection of local food pop-ups. 

Bellfield hosts live music, quiz nights, rugby on the big screen as well as tastings and tours of the brewery, all of which can be booked via the calendar of events.
