Star dishes include the ember roasted beets, St Tola goats curd, local honey and smoked almonds, Bbq-Irish pork loin with warm potato salad, grilled purple sprouting broccoli and chipotle cream, with the delectable blood orange and raspberry New York-style cheesecake to finish. Once the weekend rolls around, brunch is a big focus as Loretta's serves up tantalising offerings such as Jimmy’s Green Pork Chilli Butt made of marinated pork and green chilli on homemade hash browns and topped with an egg.
