Join us for the ultimate feel good Friday with the area's leading ladies in wellness!
It's all about self-care and making time for you, as the old saying goes 'you can't pour from an empty cup' so take this opportunity to give yourself the TLC we know that you deserve.
This is a ladies only event aimed at mums & mums to be but you are more than welcome to bring a friend.

11.30am An introduction to Wholehearted Organic with Sophie Jenkins
12pm Event will finish
