Description
While it may only be open three days a week, with seemingly small windows of opportunity to dine in, it happens to be noted that Caban is one of the best places to enjoy vegan and vegetarian food in Cardiff thanks to its laid back atmosphere and casual approach to dining.
Spanning a whole host of countries, spices and flavours in their menu, Caban aren't limited to one particular style, offering up their dining guests everything from black bean-tofu burger with spiced polenta fries, to potato gnocchi with greens in herb butter cream sauce.
