To celebrate the launch of our Gluten free Pale Ale we are hosting a 3 course tasting menu paired with a variety of gluten free beers from our range.
To start there will be a tasting of our GF Brewhouse Pale Ale with our head brewer Mark Burton which will lead into a spring inspired 3 course set menu;
Starters
Hot spiced Salami & Quinoa bites served with a Tomato and Garlic Chutney
Grilled Pineapple layered with Buckwheat & Radish balls, topped with a smoked Mackerel mousse
Spicy Chickpea Falafel served with a fresh Greek Yogurt dip
Mains
Squid stuffed with Wild Rice, Raisins & Pine nuts. Served with pan fried Samphire & grilled Vine Tomatoes
Roasted Aubergine, Parmesan, Mozzarella & Tomato stacks. Served on a bed of Basil Pesto
Slow cooked Beef Brisket with a red Wine and Shallot demi-glace. Served on grilled Polenta
Desserts
Mango infused Cheese Cake served with a Maple Syrup glaze
Cocoa and Chilli Avocado mousse served with seasonal Berries
Plum and Hazelnut Crumble served with Clotted Cream Ice Cream
