Flu season is upon us and despite our best efforts (and copious doses of Lempsip), my boyfriend and I are well and truly feeling it. So it’s safe to say that on the evening we headed down to Pho, our heads were a little fuzzy, noses a little sore and eyes a little tender - we needed some steaming bowls…
Pho Vietnamese restaurant is on Black Lion Street, just a short walk from Brighton beach, with a massive outside terrance that is perfect for summer al fresco dining.
Pho specialises in pho noodles soup, but also serves a range of other healthy meals like salads, noodle dishes and curries. Their starter menu also offers a wealth of options that are ideal for sharing too.
If you're on a family visit to Brighton, you may be interested in Pho's great offer for kids, where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50. Equally, their weekday lunch special will appeal to local workers, who can capitalise on their two-courses-for-£10.95 deal.
Pho has a lot of healthy, fresh juices available, as well as an excellent array of wine, beer and cocktails too.
They are accredited by Coeliac UK so prove hugely popular with people following a gluten-free diet. Pho's menu is also over a quarter vegan, too.
Pho are now taking Christmas bookings! Their Christmas menus are available from 25th November - 24th December for parties of five or more, and they have a regular menu and a special vegan one available too. Check out the menus tab for more info!
