Description
The Patty & Bun team are heading out of London, opening a new venue in Brighton later this year. Sitting on the corner of Ship Street and Meeting House Lane, the new spot will hope to replicate the success of its eight sister venues in the capital.
The burger chain is famous for its fresh flavours and even fresher ingredients, and has mastered the art of making perfectly cooked burgers, topped with various cheeses and framed by two lightly toasted brioche buns. On top of great burgers, the restaurant will showcase its love of all things Southern by serving barbecued ribs and crispy chicken wings, all glazed with tongue-tingling sauces. Promising a laid-back, devil-may-care dining experience, Patty & Bun will definitely make a splash when it opens its doors later in the year.
