Description
By day, it's the iconic Brighton coffee shop the Red Roaster; by night, it's transformed into the Pike and Pine restaurant by an award winning chef on the Brighton Beachfront.
Renovated from the original coffee shop, which has sat in the location for the last 16 years, Great British Menu chef Matt Gillan strived to maintain the 'passion, enthusiasm and knowledge' of the Brighton institution while installing more contemporary coffee shop trappings.
The venue will still be serving fresh coffee to Brighton tourists and locals alike, but head chef Matt serves his trademark delicious menu of experimental and exciting food showcasing the best in British food, from small plates to big dishes.
