Description
Renowned chef Michael Bremner has opened a second restaurant in the Brighton Arches. Murmur, which is named after the murmurations of starlings that fly by West Pier, is a relaxed, all-day eatery.
The restaurant focused on healthy food and serves breakfast and brunch through to dinner. Bremner, who heads the kitchen at 64 Degrees, has made the spot more relaxed and informal than his first restaurant. Joining the likes of seafood restaurant Riddle & Finns and The Tempest Inn, Murmur has taken over a regenerated Victorian arch and enjoys sea views.
