A Brighton staple since its creation in 2018, a pop up that we could never part with, our collaboration with Sabu Joseph, chef and director of Cafe Cardamom, continues to bring so much joy to the experience at The Hampton.
Chef Sabu Joseph has dedicated his life to the food he loves the most. Over decades of professional experience cooking authentic Indian cuisine in some of the world’s most luxurious hotels, he now brings his expansive knowledge and understanding of spice to Easy Tiger.
Easy Tiger offers a warm and friendly welcome to locals and tourists alike that appreciate the value of good food and drink served with an honest smile. A fully stocked bar, complete with top-drawer craft beers as well as natural wines and cocktails, sets the tone for an all-inclusive setup.
