The Fishbowl

Description

The Fishbowl has opened as East Street Tap.

There's something fishy going on in Brighton, and it just so happens to be this smashing pub. Found just shy of The Lanes, Brighton's Fishbowl is slightly off kilter and brimming with charm.

Whilst it may only be small, boasting the space for up to 60 boozy punters, it's this intimate panache that makes The Fishbowl so popular in Brighton. With art commissioned by young local designers, a mish-mash of sourced vintage furniture and yes, you guessed, a fully fledged fishbowl, this pub in Brighton is quirky without being garish and in your face.

Whilst a pub may not be your destination for pre-party doozies, you may be surprised at what this intimate little space has in store. From regular DJ nights where tables are laid to abandon for a dancefloor and gig nights boasting some of the best local indie bands in Brighton, there's no slowing The Fishbowl down. The Fishbowl have also put their seaside location to cracking use with some of the most renowned Fish and Chips dishes in the city.
