SuperDoux is taking over the Tempest Bar to create a French bistro for one night only!
Enjoy four courses of classic French-inspired food, with a difference- the entire menu is vegan!
Sophie will be coming out of the kitchen to speak to diners about the food and her inspirations, as well as vegan cooking tips and tricks.
Everyone will go home with goodybag comprised of recipes and French sweets!
1st- Faux gras served with onion marmalade, pickles and crusty bread with homemade butter
2nd- Cassoulet with rosemary polenta crisp
3rd Plante au Vin served with dauphenoise potatoes and green beans
4th- Mousse au chocolat with a Sable biscuit
