Prove your knowledge of the Potterverse in the quiz designed to weed out the Hufflepuffs from the Ravenclaws. Binge watch the films, re-read all the books and prepare to test your abilities as an Auror... And, if like a true Gryffindor you want to push yourself to the limit, take on series of extraordinary tasks for extra house points. Don't worry... we've left the dragons in Romania with Charlie Weasley.

Bottomless Rum Punch Cocktails will be served for 1 hour.

Seating arrangement: You will have allocated seating and more than likely be sharing a table with other teams, as in accordance with the layout of the venue.

COVID-19 INFO
Should the event not be able to take place as planned in November 2021, the event will be rescheduled rather than cancelled.
All tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Please note: If the event cannot go ahead as planned due to changes in Covid regulations and capacity allowances, we may have to divide the show into smaller, socially distanced sessions. Should this be the case, you will be asked to select a session time as tickets are non-refundable.

T&C's (By purchasing your ticket/s you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the "Act")
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled or postponed and fall within our fair refund policy. Refunds are only applicable if a show is cancelled or moved to another date in which you are unable to attend.
- You are purchasing these tickets at your own risk, should you not be able to attend for any reason a refund or compensation of any kind will not be issued.
- Tickets remain the property of the Promoter and constitute a personal licence to you, which can be withdrawn and admission refused at any time prior to an event.
- Any issues with your food, drinks or service on the day are to be taken up with the venue directly. We are only providing the entertainment and taking your orders. We are not preparing or serving your food or drinks. No compensation will be given for any food, drink or service issues. If you have an issue on the day speak to the venue staff on the day for them to resolve it for you, nothing can be resolved after the event finishes.
- You should check whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If Design My Night is informed an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Design My Night will endeavour to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We cannot guarantee that you will be informed of cancellation before the time of the event.
- The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the venue or Promoter will reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the tickets. There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.
- If you do not register your team size in advance you may not all be sat together and this will not be any cause for compensation. It is the ticket holders responsibility to register their team in advance of the event.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter's right to alter or vary an event programme without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
- All Tickets purchased by you must be for personal use. If any re-sale (or attempted re-sale) of tickets is made in contravention of any law or our policies we may cancel such tickets. You are not permitted to combine a ticket with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service, merchandise and/or any other such package.
- You may not use Tickets for advertising or promotional purposes or as competition prizes.
- Line up and performer changes may occur for multiple reasons like illness or inability to travel as examples, if a performer is unable to be replaced all reasonable action will be taken to fill the gap but there is no cause for compensation or refunds of any kind if a line up change occurs.
- If you do not arrive on time to this event the promoter reserves the right to sell your ticket on with no refund being made available to you. Please arrive 30mins early to doors opening and bring your ticket and face mask. Failure to do any of these 3 things may result in you losing your ticket and seat at the event with no refund being made available to you.
- If you fail to register your team and table size within the requested time you may potentially not be all sat together. We cannot guarantee seating arrangements without prior communication.
- Design My Night aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery dates. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your correct address.
- The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited
- The Promoter, Design My Night accept no responsibility for your personal property.
- You must present your Tickets at the venue on the day of event. Entry will not be granted without a genuine Design My Night ticket. A ticket only guarantees you entry if you comply with the regulations at the event including as to time of admission, standards of behaviour and health and safety.
- Please check your spam inbox regularly incase any important emails from the organisers have gone in there.
