New Year’s Eve Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions for ticket purchases: *** Physical Photo ID is required. No photocopies or photographs. *** 1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 12.30am, Birthday celebration and a Birthday cake. The Welcome prosecco reception are before 9.45 pm OR for the first 100 guests. 2. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times. We recommend arriving within the first half hour of doors opening to prevent long queues and enter the venue before midnight. Please be aware that the door may close for 10 minutes prior to midnight, during which time guests will be held at the door until it re-opens. Last entrance is 12.30am. 3. Only guests with table reservations or VIP tickets are entitled to express entrance - this may mean a separate queue or queue jump depending on the event.. 4.
