Baked in Brick


Baked in Brick takes street food indoors as the winners of the European Street Food Awards 2017 open a permanent restaurant in Birmingham's Custard Factory. Serving wood-fired, Neopolitan-style pizzas, Baked in Brick takes their crowd favourite to the next level alongside salads, charcuterie boards, and something called the 'ultimate garlic bread pizza', which features whipped smoked pig fat, mozzarella and pig crumb. 

Fully-licensed, the restaurant offers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a couple of indulgent dessert options, and a slap-up weekend brunch. Most importantly for those looking to still get that street food experience on a nice day, the covered area to the side of the restaurant will have a retractable roof. Baked in Brick looks to bring their rustic pizzas to the mouths of Birmingham foodies on a daily basis.
