Description
After winning at the European Street Food Awards in 2017, Baked in Brick has taken their delicious pizza-throwing skills indoors with their first restaurant in Birmingham's Custard Factory. As well as serving up wood-fired, Neopolitan-style slices, they also offer salads, charcuterie boards, and the 'ultimate garlic bread pizza', which features whipped smoked pig fat, mozzarella and pig crumb.
The eatery also has a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a couple of indulgent dessert options and a slap-up weekend brunch. Most importantly, for those looking to still get that street food experience on a nice day, the covered area to the side of the restaurant will have a retractable roof.
