Di is down to earth and sporty; Viv is ambitious and intellectual; and Rose? Well, Rose is a bundle of excitement and wonder, intent on sleeping with any man who accepts her advances. These three young women arrive at University and forge a friendship which at first, seems unlikely. They move in together, and free from the confines and expectations of home and family, their true identities blossom, and a fierce and loyal love for one another emerges. But beyond the digs and dissertations, what does life hold for them in the real world? And can their friendship survive across the years, when all three go their separate ways?
