I did not attend the event, my tickets were given away due to not feeling safe at Reggae Bingo despite the website states you are following government guidelines. Friends that had my ticket, stated entertainment was on point very good, good host and nice tunes, however feedback was not safe. No social distancing or mask or temperature check the food was not as nice only the chicken, half a Pattie, just give a full one and rum punch was weak, they did not get their dessert and drink was pour on one of my friend, nothing would have been done if staff was not challenge. Entertainment and venue nice but in regards to safety it weren't safe I was told, which is what I felt at the bingo which put me off from attending Reggae Brunch, which was a shame as communication with the Reggae Brunch team has been good up to date as due to Covid the event was to be attended last year but moved to this year. The event should have been held with no restrictions in place would have been the solution. Three star was given but it has be increased to four star due to the communication I have had with you in the past about queries I have had and your response was swiftly answer.
