Housed within a Grade II building along Colmore Row, Henman & Cooper Bar and Rooftop is an innovative art-forward cocktail bar. Taking the place of The Bureau Bar, the venue has been created by Wayne Tracey, owner of Etiquette, Theatrix, Sobar and popular nightclub Snobs. Helman & Cooper’s modern interiors add a breath of fresh air to the historic building, boasting contemporary art installations and eye-catching murals across its two floors. 

But it’s not just the decor that’s contemporary. With two eclectic cocktail menus on offer, you’re sure to be spoilt for choice between the ‘Henman’s Vegetable Patch’ menu of vegetable-infused tipples and the ‘Cooper’s Candy Store’ selection of sweeter concoctions. Feeling peckish? The bar’s got you covered with an all-day menu of modern twists on lunchtime classics, such as grilled cheese and caramelised onion sandwiches and halloumi fries. During the summer months, sun-seekers can head up to the rooftop terrace for a chilled and relaxed afternoon drink or two.
