The Film Edit presents **Heathers**

A deliciously nasty black comedy, this film portrays high school cliques (one of which bear the name Heathers), who comprise of the prettiest and most popular girls in the town. Heathers member Winona Ryder begins to gain a conscious and together with her boyfriend (of sorts!) played by Christian Slater a series of revenge plots follow (one after the other).

This film is so high school, so dark but so good. From it's style, soundtrack and spot perfect acting it is a film to watch and enjoy.

As usual expect some themed eats and drinks on the night (watch this space for announcements).

Film starts 8pm, fun from 6pm.

"What is your damage, Heather?"

It wasn't my first time seeing Heathers, it's ine of my absolute favourite films, so I really enjoyed the story!! The Mockingbird was a lovely venue as always, staff were so nice! There was a problem with the sound in the cinema though, it was extremely loud and very grainy, which put a damper on my night to be honest!! I did love the old school adverts before the film, nice touch. Stacey visited The Mockingbird Cinema and Kitchen on 18 Aug 2016
