Was not worth the money. Pretty unhappy. First we get told doors open half 11. They wasn't ready untill around 12. We spoke too two bouncers no clue what we was there for. So there was a group of multiple people all stood under thos bridge not even knowing where to go as no one seemed to have a clue When we finally get in it looks like a dining hall at a primary school except all the benches are wobbly and your sat with other people this wasn't made clear as you had the option to buy tickets with other people.... and it was also very dark! side note When entering taylorswift wasn't even playing ! Then we sit down and there was 8 people on our table and we was given one bottle of prosecco and they walked off that didn't do 8 of us at all so we all had a small amount when asked for another bottle was told they couldn't give us anothet one untill all done. After ten mins later we then got this squash jug with some sort of cocktail nothing we recognised. Then again was told we were only allowed one jug. Eventually we flagged somone down for more prosecco and the waiter was great but he was getting stressed as apparently only hired day before and not "his version of a bottomless brunch" and when asked why we had to keep calling them and we only was allowed very limited drinks his words were "you tell me" my food arrived after a hour and wasn't bad however my friends and the rest of the table didn't come untill the very end 20 mins before the event ended! The support act was great and got everyone up dancing which made a very disappointing exsperiance a bit better. Oh also drinks were only free for a hour then had to buy our own! So for fifty pound a ticket I would not recommend and would like some money back!!

Food chaos and no prosecco available after 15 mins, Food was chaotic, took ages to all come and everyone in your party got it at random times over a 45 minute period. Loads of people running around as they'd been missed off. Venue is a nightclub which is fine but toilets were disgusting and hadn't been properly cleaned. Biggest thing was they ran out of prosecco 15 mins into service, we literally got one glass. They brought out jugs of cocktails but there were 2 bar staff frantically trying to make enough drinks for everyone. You then head to go and ask at the bar as the staff weren't proactive and there was no one helping them Queens were decent enough, I think 2 wasn't enough for the length of show and volume of people. Overall, fun in parts but the venue, organisation and almost complete lack of alcohol that you paid for and food service chaos means I wouldn't book with them again
