eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. Sawtell Hotel eGift Cards are non-refundable and can be used in partial amounts. Sawtell Hotel eGift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Our record of your expiry date is final. Please refer to the "valid until" date noted on the voucher provided. Sawtell Hotel eGift Cards may only be used for purchases at Sawtell Hotel and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
