Class Details
Select from 24 different botanicals to create a gin recipe while discovering the fascinating history of juniper-flavoured spirits. Between the two of you, you’ll be responsible for weighing out your chosen ingredients and distilling them with grain neutral spirit. Gin distilling experiences last approximately 2.5 hours, during which time our expert hosts will guide you through the distillation process. You’ll get to try 6 different botanical distillates to understand how flavours work together, make your own cocktail, and have a chance to win prizes in our gin quiz!
At the end of the class, we’ll keep a record of your recipe so your gin can be re-ordered in the future.

When you purchase or redeem a gift Voucher from us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
Gift vouchers are redeemable only by the bearer.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers – please take good care of them.
Gift vouchers remain valid for 12 months from their date of issue to them having been redeemed. After that time, the voucher will automatically no longer be valid.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed in respect of a single visit to London Bridge Distilling School.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for their value against a London Bridge Distilling School experience. They carry zero cash value and can’t be exchanged.
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed for their value in advance of any booking or product by contacting the bookings team at info@londondistilleryschool.com.
