Our gift vouchers are valid for approximately 18 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed across our restaurants and bars.

Please note: Some promotional or pre-paid experiences cannot be booked online using a gift voucher. If you wish to redeem your voucher against a pre-paid experience, or if you have any questions before making a booking, please contact our team at SkyGarden.Restaurants@skygarden.london, and we will be happy to assist you with your reservation wherever possible.

How to redeem

To Redeem and Book

Please print your voucher and bring it with you on the day, along with a valid photo ID for the voucher holder if requested.

A booking is required when redeeming your voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

If you wish to redeem your gift voucher against a pre-paid or promotional experience, please contact our team before making your booking at SkyGarden.Restaurants@skygarden.london. We will be happy to assist with your reservation wherever possible. Please note that gift vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings that have already been paid for.

The full voucher value must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be transferred, split, exchanged for cash, or carried forward to a future visit.

Airport-style security searches are in place at Sky Garden to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff. Please allow up to 15 minutes to pass through security before entering.
