  3. Peak Time Availability: This voucher is valid for BBQ Boat slots during Skuna Boats' peak sailing times only. Availability may vary, especially at popular times, so early booking is recommended to secure your preferred slot.

  4. Voucher Code Validity: Your unique voucher code is required to redeem the experience and will be applied as a discount during your booking. Ensure that your code is entered correctly at checkout or provided during phone/email bookings.

Skuna Boats BBQ Boat Experience - Terms and Conditions

  1. Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid only for the Skuna Boats BBQ Boat Experience and can be redeemed for any available BBQ Boat slot during Skuna Boats' designated peak sailing times. It cannot be exchanged or used for other experiences or services of equivalent value.

  2. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: The voucher cannot be transferred to another person, redeemed for cash, or refunded once issued.

  3. One-Time Use: Each voucher may only be redeemed once. Attempts to redeem a voucher multiple times will be declined.

  4. Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid until the date stated on the voucher. After this expiry date, the voucher will no longer be redeemable, and any remaining value will be forfeited.

  5. Peak Time Only: This voucher is redeemable only during Skuna Boats' designated peak sailing times. Availability may vary, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.

  6. Booking and Availability: The experience is subject to availability, and advanced booking is required. Availability may vary depending on peak times, seasons, or operational requirements.

  7. Redemption Process: To redeem this voucher, the recipient must follow the instructions provided by Access Group’s SODA voucher system and make a booking directly with Skuna Boats.

  8. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Skuna Boats reserves the right to impose fees for cancellations or rescheduling of bookings. Failure to attend a scheduled experience will result in forfeiture of the voucher value.

  9. Liability and Safety: Skuna Boats operates with strict health and safety protocols. Voucher holders must comply with all safety instructions provided by Skuna Boats staff. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in refusal of service without compensation.

  10. Weather Conditions: Skuna Boats may reschedule experiences if weather conditions are unsuitable or unsafe. In such cases, Skuna Boats will work with voucher holders to offer an alternative date.

  11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Skuna Boats reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to review these terms before use.
