Visit our brewery tour calendar, choose your preferred date and follow the booking steps. Enter your voucher code at the payment stage to redeem your voucher.

Signature Brew Brewery Tour Voucher - Terms & Conditions

What’s included: This voucher entitles the holder to a brewery tour for at  Signature Brew Blackhorse Road

Validity: The tour must take place within 12 months of the voucher’s purchase date. The expiry date is shown on the voucher. Please contact us before expiry if you need an extension; extensions are subject to agreement.

Booking: Advance booking is required, quoting your voucher code. All tours are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from Signature Brew.

Age requirements: This experience is for guests aged 18 or over. Valid photographic proof of age may be required.

Redeeming your voucher: Please present your voucher or booking confirmation on arrival. Each voucher can be redeemed once for the experience stated. Additional purchases are charged separately.

Transfers: Vouchers may be given to another eligible guest before redemption. Please notify us of any change to the lead guest’s name after booking.

Changes and cancellations: Please give at least one week notice to change or cancel a confirmed booking. Changes are subject to availability and the voucher’s expiry date. For shorter notice or non-attendance, the voucher may be treated as redeemed, subject to your statutory rights and reasonable consideration of exceptional circumstances.

Refunds: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required by law or provided under these terms. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Changes by Signature Brew: If we cancel your tour or make a significant change, we will offer a suitable alternative date or a refund of the amount paid for the affected experience. Where necessary, we will extend your voucher to allow rebooking.

Safety and conduct: Tours take place in a working brewery. Guests must follow staff instructions and wear suitable enclosed footwear. Admission or continued participation may be refused where reasonably necessary for safety, including intoxication or disruptive behaviour.

Access and dietary requirements: Please tell us about access needs, allergies or dietary requirements before booking so we can discuss suitable arrangements. Tasting selections may vary; any substitution will be of comparable value.

Lost vouchers: Keep your voucher code secure. If a voucher is lost, contact us with proof of purchase. We can replace it if we can verify that it remains unused.

Your rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
