What's the hype about Ballie Ballerson?

Truly a grown-up’s playground, London’s famous ball pit cocktail bar is jam-packed with two giant ball pits, pulsating lights, quirky entertainment, pizzas and the best mix of RnB, disco and house beats to party to at our Shoreditch site.

We’ve got balls—you know that, we know that—but this is our wildest event with bottomless pizza, pornstar martinis and prosecco. This is a two hour event, with the first 90 mins of the event being bottomless.

Can this voucher be used for our evening sessions?

​This voucher is only redeemable for our bottomless brunch, so sadly, nope. This voucher gets you 1 x brunch ticket.

Can I get a refund or move my date?

Up to 7 days in advance: We are able to refund or amend tickets.

Post 7 days: No refund or reschedule.

If you book your ticket less than 7 days before the event date the booking is non-amendable and non-refundable.

COVID UPDATE: If your event date is cancelled due to government intervention we are unable to offer a monetary refund, but you will be able to reschedule to a date of your choosing.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Our ball pits are only for grown-ups so everybody needs to be 18+ and provide valid photo ID to get in, no matter how old you think you look. If anyone in your group does not have one of the below forms of ID we cannot allow them to enter the venue and will not receive a refund for anybody in the group.

No I.D, no entry. We accept original versions (not photocopies or pictures) of:

Photo drivers’ licence (UK or foreign)
Passport
Proof of age card (PASS card)
National ID card

What should I wear in the ball pit?

You must wear secure, enclosed, flat shoes in the ball pits (or up to a mid-block heel if you’re feeling daring). If you forget to bring some, we have an extremely limited number of jelly shoes for exceptional circumstances. These are not guaranteed and not reservable in advance. Swapping shoes will definitely take time out of your ball play which nobody wants! Our emergency jellies are only available for those with inappropriate footwear, not ballers who are scared to scuff their white Yeezys so make sure your group knows which shoes to bring along.

You don’t have to be dressed to the nines to get balls deep so we have a smart casual dress code that is inclusive of fashion sportswear looks that are bar/club appropriate. Trainers are a-okay, just please avoid wearing head to toe casual sportswear and tracksuits.

Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes we do - it's £2 per item. We strongly suggest that EVERYTHING goes in the cloakroom, or you'll be emailing lostshoreditch@ballieballerson.com.

What if I am pregnant?

If you or anyone in your group is pregnant, we would love to have you along however for health and safety reasons must politely ask you to not use the balls.
