Terms and Conditions for 007 Charity and Casino Ball
Date: 8th March 2025
Location: The Barn, Healing Manor Hotel
Timings: Doors open at 7:00 PM; Sit down at 7:30 PM

1. Tickets and Pricing
- Tickets are priced at £55 per person. This includes a three-course dinner, live singer, DJ entertainment until midnight, and access to casino tables.
- Profits from the evening will be donated to our chosen charity partners of 2025.

2. Event Details
- The evening will feature a Black Tie dress code.
- Casino tables will be available for guests to enjoy alongside other entertainment.
- Due to the layout of the event, tables of 10 or fewer guests may be seated with other guests.

3. Generic Terms
- Tickets are non-transferable or refundable.
- Booking fees may apply due to the platform we are using to sell our events in 2025.
- Pre-orders or dietary requirements must be provided a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event.
- Payment is required upon order of the tickets.
- Menus and entertainment may be subject to slight changes.

4. Exclusive Bed and Breakfast Offer
- Guests attending the 007 Charity and Casino Ball can enjoy an exclusive bed and breakfast offer:
- £90 for a double courtyard standard room, based on two people sharing.
- £85 for single occupancy.
- This includes a delicious breakfast the following morning.
