Welcome to our Pimm’s & Prosecco Summer Party…the ultimate taste of summer in collaboration with Freixenet, Pimm’s & Word of Mouth
Socialise with us for a summer celebration like no other as we welcome you back with live music, glamorous guests, perfectly chilled drinks and delicious food.
Join us at The Greenhouse Four Oaks from 1pm on Saturday 21st August for the best of British summer vibes. Tickets for the exclusive event are £10 per person, unlocking the door to making long overdue memories with your favourite people in the most stylish summer setting around.
We’re thrilled to announce that Word of Mouth will be supplying the soundtrack for us to party the day away; expect Stuart Ojelay on the decks, live sax, club classics and the ultimate summer party experience.
Toast being together again with magnificently mixed Pimm’s and add some sparkle to your summer with our Freixenet drinks list, perfectly poured from our exclusive Prosecco al fresco van (which will be with us for the whole weekend!).
Please don’t arrive fashionably late, our summer party only happens once a year and this one is much anticipated, we hope to see you there and truly celebrate the summer in STYLE!
TICKETS
Entrance to the event is via ticket only, with general admission at £10 per person for entrance only. We cannot guarantee seating availability and we will be running a limited food menu. Covid restrictions and guidelines in place at the time of event will be strictly adhere to. Guests dining in the restaurant, as well as guests on VIP tables, will not need to purchase a ticket.*
DRESS CODE
The dress code is strictly smart casual so please dress to impress, work wear and gym wear will not be permitted.
*VIP TABLES
Sit back, relax and enjoy the day from your very own Freixenet VIP table; with table service, access to our full food menu, luxurious table settings and of course, a bottle of Freixenet Prosecco or Italian Sparkling Rosé on arrival – this will be the most exclusive way to enjoy the event! Please enquire about pricing and availability via private message on our social media pages. All VIP table bookings will be confirmed by our external Events Manager, we recommend enquiring fast if you’re interested as these table are limited and extremely exclusive! Please note, VIP table guests do not need to purchase an entrance ticket.
EVENT CANCELLATION
Please note, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ever changing UK Government restrictions events are subject to change or cancellation at short notice. In the event of a cancellation, your ticket payment will remain safe and will be refunded in full using the original method of payment. VIP table payments will be transferred to a Gift Card for you to spend with us at an alternative occasion.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
