After our summer Masquerade Ball sold out, we're bringing the
magic back for New Year's Eve. Enjoy a three-course dinner by Chef
Peter Ashby, then let our DJ fill the dance floor as we count down
to midnight. We'll raise a glass of sparkling wine at 11.55pm to
toast the New Year, and serve warm bacon rolls at 12.30am to keep
the party going.
Early bird: £75 per person until 30 November. £80 from 1
December.

Venison and Beef Shin Terrine (can be GF)
Marinated capers and red onion relish, served on warm brioche
croute with pickled chicory.
Smoked Salmon Salad (GF)
Cucumber ribbons and radish on baby gem, topped with Bloody Mary
Marie Rose sauce.
Eve's Salad (V · VE · GF)
Crunchy radicchio, chicory, sweet red pepper and pomegranate seeds
with a zingy clementine dressing.

Braised Feather Blade of Beef (GF)
Fondant potato, wilted spinach, wild forest mushrooms and roasted
heritage carrots, finished with a rich port jus.
Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet (GF)
Poached julienne vegetables, warm garlic and tarragon vinaigrette
and straw potatoes.
Beetroot and Caraway Wellington (V · VE · GF)
Creamed mash, watercress purée, heritage carrots and a vegan
feta-style sauce.
