On 30th September 2023, get mixing and muddling at Wild Thyme & Honey's Sensational Summer Sundown party in partnership with Cotswold Distillery.
Hosted in the Argentinian Courtyard, join one of the three Cotswolds Distillery cocktail experiences being hosted throughout the afternoon by Head of Mixology, Oliver Morris, where you’ll be hands-on cocktail creating and learning the tricks of the trade from a true cocktail connoisseur.
After enjoying a Cloudy G&T on arrival and learning about the Cotswold Distillery founder’s dream and how the distillery came to be, Oliver will explain how they craft their Cotswolds Dry Gin & Cotswold Whisky followed by a tasting of their award-winning spirits.
Then it’s time to get shaking! Ollie will show you how to create the perfect cloudy Martini which you’ll get to sample, before you craft your very own Martini-style cocktail. Ollie will also show you how to perfect the flavour balance of a Sour cocktail so you can impress friends & family at home with your skills, and, of course, he’ll make a few up for you to taste. To finish, you’ll get the chance to sample some distillery exclusive products and mix up another cocktail using a selection of seasonal ingredients available.
Please note, a soft drink option will be made available for those not drinking. Over 18s only.
After the masterclass, bask in the late summer sun and take a seat overlooking the clear waters of babbling Ampney Brook with live music from DJ Harry Sounds and local singer and songwriter Sam Jones. Continue the party and book tickets for the Feasting Fiesta supper from 7pm.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
