Buying your ticket online will cost you the face value of the ticket plus a booking fee from "Design My Night" tickets will be emailed to you, and you will need to bring a printed version of your ticket or an electronic version for us to check. Your first point of call in the event of any issues with your ticketing should be the contact event organiser their contact details can be found on the https://www.designmynight.com/uk site. Purchase of a ticket will allow admittance. It will not give you access to any backstage areas: anyone found in the area without the correct pass may be ejected from Herts Pride.Entry to the event arena is at the discretion of the front of house team and our S.I.A. qualified on-site security team and we reserve the right to refuse admission.

Your ticket will be checked on entry, and you will be given a Herts Pride wristband appropriate to your age. It is recommended that you bring Valid I.D. with you as we operate a challenge 25 policy and if you are unable to prove your age you may be unable to purchase alcohol on site you would be given a Young Persons wristband.
