Our Sandbanks restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy classically prepared fish and shellfish in a relaxing environment with the most special views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.
This peaceful coastal setting was made for long, leisurely seafood lunches with classics like whole Dover sole with lashings of beurre noisette, lobster thermidor and chips or our fruits de mer platter, which just so happens to be highly photogenic. Evenings are possibly the most spectacular time to dine though, with the added theatre of sunset over the harbour on show for everyone to marvel at whilst enjoying the Sandbanks experience.
Through the week you can enjoy our set menu, where you'll find three courses for £29.95. It's best to be complemented with some of Rick and Charlie Stein’s favourite wines that perfectly pair with the dishes.
