Grandma's Shop

Sheffield, 1989. Loveable, eccentric 71-year-old, Hilda, has run a second-hand clothes shop for decades. She does it to make money to feed 30 stray cats. One day, a journalist from The Guardian walks in…

Join Hilda’s granddaughter, Julie Flower, for a multi-character comedy-drama about family history subverting expectations. All in a nostalgic world of old carrier bags, pools coupons and vintage clothes.

Julie is a Kent-based writer and performer who is delighted to bring her 5-star Edinburgh Fringe hit show to Dover.

Tim Biglowe

Join Tim for his new stand-up show is about finding life’s golden ticket. With high-energy jokes and stories about fame, family and travel with a hapless hippy. The ISH Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2025 Best Show nominee. Best Comedy at Shaftesbury Fringe 2025.

4pm-5.30pm -Katie Rose and Dickie Richards

Katie-Rose

Canadian comedian Katie-Rose Petley is coming to Dover Fringe with her filthy, fearless dive into being raised in the church, progressive parenting, and sex pre-9/11. It’s unhinged. It’s hilarious. It’s Dirty Bitch.

Katie-Rose Petley is a Canadian stand-up comedian known for her fresh, filthy, and unfiltered storytelling. With material that’s dark, shameless, and disturbingly relatable, she’s been described as “delightfully vulgar.” Whether she’s unpacking religion, motherhood, or the ups and downs of dog ownership, Katie-Rose delivers big laughs with bold honesty and zero apologies.

After appearances at Faversham Fringe and Brighton Fringe last, she’s stopping in Dover on her way back to Brighton. Don’t miss it!

Dickie Richards

Crazy , Daft, Silly and Stupid comedy like you’ve never seen!

Dickie’s riotous show packs a catchy song, a bunch of rapid-fire one-liners, absurd tales of ageing, sex, pubes, body positivity and sounds from far across the cosmos!

There’s nothing serious here!!

Features a RED-HOT finale and PYROTECHNICS!
