]1. By making this booking with us you agree to comply with the rules of play as posted on our website (fuzzyeds.co.uk) and on display at our reception desk. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that children should not be left unattended in the fun house and that socks are required and long sleeves are advised!
2. At quieter times, the session length may be extended at the discretion of the duty manager, this is never guaranteed.
3. Seats/Tables are not assigned and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. In busier sessions, you may be required to share a table.
4. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
5. Occasionally, events may be cancelled or postponed by venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund.
6. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of our guests.
7. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
8. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
9. Tickets are sold subject to the venue's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
10. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
