Masterchef: The Professionals star Benjamin Palmer returned to his roots when he opened The Sardine Factory in July 2018. Housed in (you guessed it) an old factory for canned goods, this Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant takes fishy fare to the next level.
Overlooking the harbour and grabbing their produce from the local market, The Sardine Factory is a fully Cornish affair with flavourful twists from across the world. Think locally caught crab linguine with chilli, lime and coriander or Goan-spiced whole seabass.
