Kota

Description

Kota is holed away in a 300-year old former pub overlooking the Porthleven harbour, making it a restaurant where traditional Cornish settings meet pan-Asian fine dining. With views for days and cosy vibes aplenty, you're bound to feel right at home at this super cosy spot of stone walls, terracotta tiles and strung fairy lights.

Inspired by chef patron Jude Kereama's Maori and Chinese Malaysian parentage, expect to find Porthilly oysters with wasabi tartare and bass in a Korean-spiced bisque alongside other flavours from across Asia. For its efforts, Kota is one of only two restaurants in the county to have been awarded the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand.
