Here you'll find a large family-friendly and dog-friendly pub that serves wonderful pub food and a delicious carvery 7 days a week. This historic building used to function as a coaching inn, serving as a well-needed stop-off where horses could be changed and passengers would have a break from travelling, and possibly a refreshing beer too.
The pub has a wide range of food on the menu, featuring pub classics like pies, fish and chips, and burgers - with an array of curries, flatbreads and tapas-style small plates to choose from, plus vegetarian and vegan options, there is something for everyone.
They offer a children's menu to keep the little ones happy, and there's also an indoor and outdoor play area. There's a beer garden at the front and back of the pub where you can enjoy the sunny days.
Behind the bar, you'll be sure to find their award-winning lineup of ales and lagers, with a variety of wine, spirits and soft drinks also available. Tea and coffee are also served.
