Pilates
is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles
while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Each lesson
will vary focusing on different muscle groups and intentions. The
aim of Pilates with Claire is to help the efficiency of your body
movements day-to-day, with a big focus on regaining fitness after
injury, starting Pilates as a beginner or having a long break in
exercise. Her classes are mixed ability with a variety of options
given with each exercises so that you can get the most out of each
class and adapt the exercises to fit your needs.
Your
ticket also includes 1 free hot or cold soft drink, plus 10%
off food from the breakfast menu.

Please
arrive from 9.30am so you know where we will set up - outside when
it is nice - then class will start at
9.45am.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Fitted
sportswear is best. You may want to wear layers in the colder
months You can wear bare feet, socks or Pilates socks. Please bring
your mat and a small pilates ball, plus any additional props that
you use in class, for example a yoga block can be
useful.
This
class is available as a PAYG, or part of a grounded package to
reduce the price per class. Please go to the bookings page to sign
up, there is video guidance on their Instagram, but do email if you
need assistance.
