The Brasserie Restaurant is positioned within The Old Government House Hotel & Spa boasting panoramic sea views in the centre of St Peter's Port. 

The team is led by Executive Chef Prenolan Naidoo and currently welcomes guests for lunch, light bites, afternoon tea and weekend brunch. Dishes abound with local produce and showcase local fish, daily specials and select cuts of meat. 

The dining area is light and informal and is a perfect meeting point for pre-concert suppers for the nearby St James. The restaurant offers an extensive wine list is a perfect location to enjoy time with colleagues, friends or family alike. 

Private hire is available assisted by a dedicated in-house Conference and Events team who would be happy to discuss your requirements.

The Brasserie Restaurant

The best local, organic ingredients are celebrated at The Brasserie, alongside much-loved signature dishes created by Beatrice Tollman. This light-filled conservatory, overlooking peaceful private gardens and St Peter Port harbour beyond, is the place to relax over delicious steaks and fresh Guernsey seafood, accompanied by live piano music in the evenings.

Using an abundance of fresh local produce, the Executive Head Chef has created a collection of delicious seasonal menus with daily specials on offer both at lunchtime and in the evening. The Brasserie is popular with hotel guests but also a favourite with the local community and a popular meeting place for those who want to catch up with friends over a glass of wine and a light bite.

The Curry Room 

The intimate Curry Room at The Governor’s offers Indian cuisine in relaxed and convivial surroundings. The restaurant, which can also be used for private social events and corporate dinners, is adorned with pictures and memorabilia of the island's past Governors.

To make any occasion a little more special, enjoy a flight of wines that have been specially selected to complement the flavours and textures of the delicious menu. Alternatively, Teh Curry Room also serves traditional Indian Kingfisher beer.

The Crown Club at The Old Government House Hotel is the most stylish and relaxing rendezvous in all of Guernsey - the perfect spot to enjoy the company of friends and colleagues over a few drinks and a light meal. Created from the original 18th century Old Crown Offices it provides an intimate and flexible collection of inviting spaces that are perfect for a wide range of occasions and functions, including a glass-walled wine and whisky-tasting room.

The plush and cosy bar has a very traditional and opulent feel, with red leather banquette seating and a wealth of antique brass fittings. It offers an outstanding selection of premium whiskies and British gins, Champagne, vodkas and cognacs as well as cocktails, beers and fine wines, including signature vintages from our sister wine estate Bouchard Finlayson.
