SCHEDULE:

7:30pm - Doors open and our friendly hosts get you checked in with lock & key matching ice-breakers - gain your wristband to help identify your preference!

8:00pm - Optional speed dating sessions start, partying and mingling continues

10:00pm - Speed dating sessions and other official ice-breakers come to an end - but it's not over yet!

10:15pm - Post-event socialising/partying resumes and the music starts, stay as late as you want and enjoy the evening!

T&Cs

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

Unfortunately the event was not great, the host was ringing a bell right up in people’s faces to indicate the date was over (4minutes) - super uncomfortable and super unnecessary. The whole thing was rushed. The location was awful so small and no atmosphere or vibe so they defo need to up the locations style wise especially considering the price because all you get is a pen and paper to write notes like I don’t know what the £22+ was for to be honest. At least offer a drink. The men pool was awful, unfortunately I think the women were so much better and were super let down by the options. I think there should be smaller age group sizes because huge gapes of 20 years for an event is BAD. There should be 20-30 or 30-40 etc not 20-40 as this date was. There should also be more people and again the people that came were not it. It was boring rushed and unprepared and not worth the money.

We can confirm that the ticket price is justified with use of the space, having the host on hand to create a safe space and to have full use of our system the next day the enter your matches. Very disappointing- 8 women and 3 men! Would not recommend attending again. Host seemed unaware of how to compensate us, apart from offering another ticket to an event- what’s the point? A refund should have been issued.

Good Afternoon, We are sorry to hear about the numbers at your event, as we are sure you can understand, we cannot control 'No-Shows', especially when individuals have confirmed their attendance in advance of the event. As per our Terms and Conditions : (a) We guarantee a minimum of 6 dates at any regular speed dating event. If you meet less than 6 people at any one event, you may, at our discretion, be offered a discount voucher towards a future speed dating event (no refunds). We really hope you consider utilising the voucher given to you and return to try again int he future!
