House of JÖRO is the boutique hotel concept from Jöro founders Luke French and Stacey Sherwood-French. With its muted colour scheme, luxurious bedding and standing baths, this place is oozing a Scandi-meets-Japanese feel that's sure to help you relax during your stay. 

In addition to the four rooms, House of JÖRO offers you the chance to indulge in a five-course lunch or eight-course dinner from French and some extra special guest chefs. This includes the menu of stunning British small plates such as Scottish scallop cured in shio koji, savoury custard with smoked eel and pig belly, and cheddar and onion croustade, which you can pair with a thirst-quenching wine flight before sleeping it all off.
