Our service is 100% free! We do not add on any venue commission and quote the exact same as the venues.

We do have two important Terms and Conditions though...

  1. You agree to let our venue specialists act as your sole agent in finding you a venue. This includes speaking to the venues discussed directly and approaching any similar services.
  2. You agree to let us remain your main contact and liaise on your behalf with the venues and we'll send you all costs, availability and info. Once you wish to book or set up a visit then you agree for us to introduce you to the best person at the venue for this.

Unfortunately due to current government restrictions and venue closures, we are not able to provide our usual service to customers. With such huge uncertainty around when live events can resume, we want to avoid disappointing our customers until we know all the fun can start up again and venues will have the team back to fully support your event.

We are however, still able to assist with Virtual Event bookings for private groups of 30+ people, so our team will be in touch to assist you with those enquires! How it works

  1. Let us know the details

    Fill out our easy as pie enquiry form and you'll be matched to a personal venue specialist who will contact you within a few hours.

  2. The search begins

    After confirming your requirements, your venue specialist will send over an array of amazing options in line with your brief.

  3. You've got a shortlist!

    Once you have your favourite venues, we'll do the hard work of obtaining quotes and availablilty for you. Why is that great? You'll save a bucket load of time and skip those pesky website enquiry queues.

  4. See it to believe it

    If you are happy with the quote, we'll introduce you straight over to our venue contact to show you around.

  5. Get booked!

    Once you've seen the venue(s) and made a decision, let us know and we can ask the venue to send over the booking form or deposit payment info. From here the venue contact will be able to help organise the finer details going forward!

Why DesignMyNight?

We're ahead of the game! Our venue experts uncover London's most unique and exciting spaces for any style of event. Rooftops, warehouses, an old barge boat? We've got you sorted and we will reward you along the way!

How do you keep this service free?

Simple. We have a booking and ticketing software and our venues who use these get our service as an add on to the package. Our referral fee is built into this agreement with our booking partners.

So, are venue rates higher in order to cover the commission payment to you?

Not at all! We quote the same costs to you as the venue quotes to us!

Once I’ve sent an enquiry, am I committed to make a booking with you?

Of course not. You are under no obligation to book any of the venues proposed to you. However, if you do decide you'd like to book one of the venues we suggested it's really important that you allow us to introduce you to our contact there. Please do not go direct as we want to avoid double ups!

What do I do if I would like to see any of the venues?

Just tell us which venue(s) you wish to visit and leave it to us to make the necessary arrangements.

What happens once I’ve made the decision to book?

When you have selected the best venue for your event, we then introduce you to the best person at the venue. The venue will then provide a contract for you to sign and return.
