Wingtoberfest 2026

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. All ticket holders are advised that the best way to get to the event is via public transport. Look out for our way finders.
13. Last entry is 60 minutes before the session ends.
14. Re entry is at the organisers discretion.
15. This event is taking place undercover. We hope for a warm day but please prepare for any weather conditions that may be advised.
16. This is a cashless event. The bars and traders only accept card.
17. Allergen information will be available upon arrival. Please be aware that no food and drink will be allowed to be brought into the event site except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds. Water refill points will be available.
18. All children under 12 get in free, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult AND have a child ticket. Free child tickets are limited.

21. By purchasing a ticket for this event and by entering the premises of the event site you consent to being filmed and photographed and that your image may be used for promotional purposes.
22. By purchasing a ticket you agree to be contacted by Wing Fest Ltd for Wing Fest related promotional messages
23. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled and the date and time of any re-scheduled Event. Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, Wing Fest will use its reasonable endeavours to notify you using the email details you provided at the time of ordering. It is also your responsibility to inform Design My Night of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address you provided at the time of purchase.
24. The event is planned in line with government guidance and regulations and there may be additional safety measures designed to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmissions. Conditions may apply in accessing the event, and the organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.

27. Booking fees are non refundable in all circumstances.
