Casa Enrique, nestled in Long Island City, Queens, is a celebrated Mexican restaurant that has earned acclaim for its authentic cuisine and intimate atmosphere. Opened in 2012 by Chef Cosme Aguilar and his brother Luis, the restaurant pays homage to their childhood in Chiapas, Mexico.
