Clemente Bar

Clemente Bar is a stylish cocktail hideaway perched above Eleven Madison Park in Manhattan, born from the creative partnership between acclaimed chef Daniel Humm and Italian artist Francesco Clemente. The space is a visual feast - think walnut paneling, vintage furniture, and large-scale murals painted by Clemente himself, including a ceiling fresco that greets you at the entrance. Designed by Brad Cloepfil of Allied Works, the bar blends artistic flair with understated elegance, creating a vibe that’s both intimate and elevated.

The drinks program, led by Sebastian Tollius, is all about balance - cocktails that are technically complex but presented with effortless charm. Expect bold, unexpected flavour pairings and a serious focus on presentation. Clemente Bar also offers a five-course omakase-style tasting menu at The Studio, pairing plant-based bites with curated cocktails for a full sensory experience. Since opening, it’s already made waves, scooping up the Three Cents Best New Opening Award and landing at number 11 on North America’s 50 Best Bars list in 2025.
