Jimmy is a sleek and stylish rooftop bar perched 18 stories above SoHo atop the ModernHaus hotel. Known for its panoramic views of Midtown, Wall Street, the Hudson River, and the East River bridges, the venue features a 1,200-square-foot roof deck complete with one of NYC’s few outdoor pools.
The interior is equally impressive, blending vintage and contemporary design elements with blue and leather velvet modular furniture, sculptural stools, and a working fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the space, offering dramatic city vistas year-round. In colder months, guests gather in the cozy conversation pit, while warmer seasons bring lively poolside lounging and cocktail seating.
Jimmy was conceived by hospitality veterans Larry Poston, Johnny Swet, and David Rabin, with design by three-time James Beard Award winner Thomas Schlesser. The bar serves thoughtfully curated cocktails and seasonal light bites, with menu contributions from Michelin-starred chef George Mendes.
