Description
In the heart of Manchester, Exhibition has quietly perfected the art of the modern dining ritual: a place where the freedom to graze is not just encouraged, but celebrated. The concept is simple yet brilliantly executed - order from any and all of the independent kitchens at once, and curate your own meal in real time.
The atmosphere is equally adaptable. The restaurant flows from benches to a snug and bar, each space offering its own version of the Exhibition experience.
Cocktails here are not an afterthought. The menu is a labour of love, built on house-made ingredients, garnishes and infusions. Each drink is a thoughtful reinterpretation of a classic, delivered with a confident Manchester edge. It’s the kind of list that invites you to linger, and maybe order one more, just to see where the evening goes.
Exhibition is open five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday, opening its doors at noon. The last sitting for dining is 8.45pm, with kitchens closing at 9pm - a perfectly paced window that feels relaxed but never too late.
