Climat is the luxury rooftop restaurant that Manchester’s been crying out for. Brought to you by the team behind Chester’s Covino, this sky-high restaurant blends slick interiors and great views, with an impressive and considered food and wine offering.

Inside, the vibe is cool and calm, think natural textures, clean lines, and just enough polish to make it feel like a treat.

When it comes to the menu, Climat keeps things fresh and ever-changing. Headed up by Luke Richardson and Simon Ulph, the kitchen leans into big flavours and seasonal produce, with a French-leaning, British-rooted twist they like to call “Parisian expat food.” Expect plates like beef tartare in a vol-au-vent, truffle-laced ricotta, or slow-cooked lamb shoulder perfect for sharing.
